PERSONAL FRAGRANCE FILLING LINE: We have a complete production line for both full and half-service quality. We are able to produce personal fragrances in capacities ranging from 25 ml to 125 ml. Additionally, we have a 6-syringe line that can be paired. The same line is capable of labeling your product with a stamp under the bottle, inserting the batch number. Furthermore, we can apply a label on cylindrical bottles or up to 2 front and back labels on flat bottles or bottles with curvature compatible with the labels to be applied. We can also batch or mark with variable data or graphics, as required.

HOME FRAGRANCES LINE; ​A second complete production line for both full and half-service. We can fill bottles from 50 ml to 1 liter, using precise and fully controllable dosing through a PLC that manages all filling parameters for each of the 4 syringes installed. It is also possible to insert any plugs and/or selected closures automatically. This line can also apply an in-line label under the bottle with or without allotment, and thanks to a labeling machine with 3 label heads, we can apply labels on cylindrical bottles (or others) and even labels made from different materials. It can apply 2 front and back labels on bottles with curvature compatible with the labels. We can also allot or mark with variable data, including graphical elements, as needed.

CASEWRAPPING LINE; We have an automatic line for packaging cartons, enabling a fast and efficient cartoning process with dry batch marking. The line is primarily dedicated to personal fragrances or products with dimensions that fall within the range for this process.

CELLPHANE  LINE; We can wrap cartons in various formats within the broad range the machine allows, providing customers with a fully in-house managed service.

PRODUCT FINISHED OR TO BE FINISHED; We are able to carry out the required machining operations, offering the service that best suits your needs, always with attention to detail and prior consultation. This approach will help you save on management costs and eliminate potential issues with matching work before and after what you require from us.

BULK; We have excellent production capacity with 10 stainless steel 3000-liter tanks available for preparing and storing products requiring maceration. These products then flow to the production lines through a filtration system that ensures absolute quality, with up to two-step filtering using specific filters for each product being made.

WAREHOUSES; We have 4 warehouses within our structure to store components, essences, and finished products, ready for shipment according to your needs.

PACKAGING; If needed, we maintain a discrete stock of glass packaging for your projects, or we collaborate with leading manufacturers in Italy, Europe, and the Far East. For other components, we also have a wide range of our own molds, as well as die-cut plants for cartons and microwaves, helping to reduce start-up costs for new projects.

FRAGRANCES: We collaborate with the most important Italian companies that provide us with excellent research and development services for your fragrances.
